Job Title: Shipping Agent

Our client, a leading player in the marine and supply chain industries, is seeking a skilled Shipping Agent to manage day-to-day ship agency activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest professional standards when working with clients, vessel staff, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships by providing excellent service delivery and promoting awareness of service offerings within all business units.
  • Monitor vessel movements and handle equipment procurement, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Accurately input, retrieve, and report data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Review and comply with risk assessments, legislation, and company procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Perform driving duties as required, such as transporting personnel and equipment, and handle any other tasks within qualifications and training.
Requirements:
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and familiar with AX.
  • Experience in ship agency, particularly in the marine and supply chain industries.
