Our Kitchen Team:

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at one of our prestigious pubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, as well as mentoring and developing junior chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Mentor and develop junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus, working closely with the Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction
