We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations and Quality Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective running of our operations and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data processing, phone handling, and enquiry management.
  • Oversee and lead the quality systems, handling internal audits and corrective actions, and providing regular reports on system status.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality systems, including testing and certification procedures.
  • Assist in the review of documentation applications for new or updated standards in areas of testing.
  • Provide training and updates on quality system changes to all staff in the operation to ensure compliance.
  • Support the operations team with purchasing and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade A-C, including Math and English, or relevant equivalent work experience.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in customer service.
