We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Façade Engineering expert to lead our Façade Engineering team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality façade engineering solutions, growing our client base, and managing a team of façade engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement façade engineering strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Lead the design and engineering of building façades, considering structural integrity, energy efficiency, material selection, and architectural aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate façade design seamlessly into overall building design and construction.
- Grow and manage a team of façade engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success and professional development.
- Oversee the entire façade engineering process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Proven track record in façade engineering and business development.
- Experience of delivery in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment working with challenging clients on world-class projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and regulations related to building façades both domestically and internationally.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
