**Hair Technician - Salon Operations**

We are seeking a skilled Hair Technician to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can develop your skills and expertise in salon operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist and facilitate lecturers and students in a practical working environment, issuing kits, uniforms, products, equipment, and stock.
• Support the centre in meeting the demands of the industry and the needs of staff and students.
• Be responsible for the health and safety of the curriculum and support the development of the commercial offer within the Spa Academy.
• Develop sustained links with schools to drive recruitment.

**Requirements:**

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent) as well as Level 2 English and Maths.
• Experience in stock control and Health & Safety at work.
• Excellent Customer Services Skills.
• Experience of working in a retail environment and working on a busy reception area (desirable).
