Location: Leicester

Salary: £26-28k per annum - with CeMap qualification; £23-25k per annum - with no CeMap but Mortgage Admin experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client files to ensure adherence to regulations and internal standards.
  • Guarantee that our Appointed Representatives consistently Treat Customers Fairly and achieve positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Offer compliant guidance and support to both staff and Appointed Representatives.
  • Instruct and mentor team members to enhance risk assessment ratings.
  • Document findings and corrective actions accurately.

Experience:

We are seeking candidates with a solid background in a regulatory environment. Experience in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines is essential. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft applications, is required.

Qualifications:

Ideally, candidates should possess a CeMap qualification (or be willing to pursue it) and have experience in mortgage compliance.

Personal Attributes:

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze information to make informed decisions. A high level of self-motivation to achieve key objectives and a genuine desire to provide support are essential, along with a confident and assured demeanor when discussing regulatory matters.

This is a permanent position based at our Leicester office, with normal working hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
