We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team at Wales & West Housing Association Limited. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our Extra Care Scheme in Aberystwyth.

• Provide a high-quality, friendly customer-orientated service to residents and visitors.
• Work effectively as part of a small, busy team and independently, with minimal supervision.
• Use effective communication skills to ensure seamless delivery of services to residents.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
• A choice of Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit pension, including 3x death in service life insurance cover.
• 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service, plus the ability to buy and sell up to 5 days (pro rata).
