Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, compliant with relevant regulations, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing a high level of customer care and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Manage the full tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
  • Instruct estate agents to undertake appraisals and advise on refurbishment works as necessary.
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, including EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety.
  • Liaise with contractors to arrange day-to-day maintenance and reactive works.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to property management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
