About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to join our team at Future Publishing. As a Media Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development, planning, and execution of our marketing strategy.

Working closely with our Brand & Campaigns team and our media agency, Hearts & Science, you will plan and manage consistent media strategies to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. You will work across a range of broadcast channels and have experience of managing substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with the Brand & Campaigns team and media agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage substantial budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Use data and analytics to identify target audiences and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Brief external agencies and ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Experience in media and communications planning, particularly in TV, AV/YouTube, and Social Media
  • Experience of advertising analytics tools, databases, and spreadsheet programs used to manage advertising campaigns
  • Experience working with media agencies and media partners
  • Hands-on experience managing substantial marketing budgets
  • Experience managing a small team
