We are building a new team focused on Reliability & Safety at all levels, and we are seeking a skilled Reliability and Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our test plans, creating efficient tests tailored to specific mechanisms of failure for new cutting-edge automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient test plans to identify potential failure mechanisms in automotive technology.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create robust designs using Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and Design for Reliability (DfR) methods.
  • Perform Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement standard methods, training, and methodologies to ensure competence development within the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Degree or similar qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related subject.
  • Understanding of quality tools, particularly Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and Design for Reliability (DfR) methods and principles.
  • Familiarity with failure mode analysis and ability to problem-solve and effectively communicate findings at different business levels.
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and statistical analysis.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., MS Excel, Reliasoft).
  • Familiarity with the design, operation, and environment of Automotive Electrification.
  • Experience working in AGILE.
