We invite applicants with experience in manufacturing environments, whether as a Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader.
An overview of the role.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring full accountability for all operational processes and maintenance teams. The Operations Supervisor will guide the site towards achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, operational efficiency, and sustainability, while also focusing on the management and development of personnel to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential requirements:
- Qualification in Operations or Leadership Management.
- Extensive relevant experience in waste management or environmental sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plastics recycling processes.
- Experience in senior management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving defined KPIs.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
Preferred qualifications:
- Qualification in performance management.
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering.
