About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary learning disability and autism inpatient service with children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work within a 24-hour period to support audit, guidelines, and quality improvement approaches to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in the area.
  • Support the development of specialist skills required to participate as a skilled member of an experienced Forensic Multi-Disciplinary Team.
  • Collaborate with professionals committed to making a profound improvement in the lives of our patients.
Person Specification
  • Relevant Professional Qualification (e.g. RNLD/RMN or Relevant Allied Health Professional Qualification).
  • Current unrestricted registration with NMC or HCPC.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Hold or be willing to undertake Quality Improvement training.
