About the Role
Acorn by SYNERGIE is seeking a Lead Event Production Specialist to join our esteemed client, a company specializing in event and interior transformations.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage all facets of event production, ensuring that events are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and adhere to industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event production timelines and schedules.
- Supervise setup, dismantling, and on-site event management.
- Formulate and oversee event budgets, including resource distribution.
- Conduct evaluations post-event and collect feedback for ongoing enhancement.
- Recognize and address potential risks related to event production.
- Facilitate and participate in event production meetings, coordinating with relevant departments, documenting status updates and risks, and ensuring prompt follow-up on actions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in event planning and production, with a strong emphasis on delivering flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences. They must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in asset management and rigging/de-rigging is advantageous, as is a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
Work Environment
This role may necessitate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Travel may also be required to oversee events held off-site.
