Job Title: Lifeguard Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lifeguard Trainee at Leys Pools & Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer care to people of all ages, supervising activities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area.
  • Ensure the safe handling and set up of pool equipment.
  • Be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to deal with pressurised situations.
  • Have strong swimming skills.
