This position falls under the Engineering and Technical Services sector, where you will provide essential support, preventive maintenance, and repairs for various systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems.
- Perform regular maintenance inspections, identify potential issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Assist in the installation and modification of facility equipment and systems.
- Manage work orders and assess the time and materials required for repairs.
- Promote energy efficiency by ensuring optimal operation of all facility systems.
- Evaluate new installations for adherence to building codes and safety standards.
- Possess foundational knowledge of standard principles with limited practical application experience.
- Exemplify leadership and behaviors that align with CBRE's core values.

- Operate within established procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Communicate straightforward information, ask clarifying questions, and ensure mutual understanding.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification with 2-3 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Capable of utilizing existing procedures to address standard issues.
- Experience in analyzing information and standard practices to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
