Category Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the retail sector.
- Provide sales training and support to retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales promotions and initiatives.
- Proven experience in sales development and management, preferably in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
- Strong understanding of the retail sector and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with retail staff and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
