Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

Cygnet Hospital Ealing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team on New Dawn Ward.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RMN/RNLD to provide outstanding care and support to our service users with personality disorders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and improve the service
  • Attending training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence
  • Ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administering medicines within healthcare procedure and guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Pin Number and experience as an RMN/RNLD
  • The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery and reducing risk
