Fleet Engineering Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our bus fleet in Cwmbran. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are in peak condition, ready to cover over 12 million miles annually across South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a skilled team dedicated to maintaining our vehicles.
  • Oversee daily operations, including vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a site or engineering manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
  • Flexibility with hours, including occasional weekend support.
