Ryder Reid Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join its Private Investment Funds team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support a large fundraising project, working closely with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of investment documents, including offering memoranda and subscription agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for fundraising and investor relations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and files.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Corporate or Funds Paralegal role, with a strong understanding of investment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in document management systems.
