We are seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our team on a 6-month contract for a Highways Project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe system of work is followed accurately and implementing improvements to systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are carried out effectively
  • Take ownership of tasks and communicate outcomes with clarity
  • Manage a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and key messages are cascaded
  • Work unsociable hours/nights as required
  • Hold a current driving license and CSCS Card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualified

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and flexibility
  • Ability to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Solution orientated approach to issue resolution
