About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at TemplarFox Consultancy. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve batch documentation for product release.
  • Administer our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), including updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Produce works orders and certificates of release documentation.
  • Provide quality support in manufacturing, packaging operations, and warehouse management.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues, conduct investigations, and manage projects.
  • Support artwork management and update specifications and Bills of Material.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring of our facility in accordance with schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a QA role in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of relevant practices associated with site Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Knowledge of processing, production, and packing methods for products.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure effective information sharing at all levels.
  • Apprenticeship development of quality skills within the role.
Education
  • Educated to degree, HND, or HNC level in a technical discipline.
