MAC Recruit Group Ltd is seeking a seasoned Content Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy for a rapidly expanding retail brand. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Content Marketer to shape the brand's global presence through innovative and engaging content across multiple platforms.

The company has experienced significant growth, with a turnover of £25 million and a strong presence in the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Dubai, and Africa. The Role:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other senior leaders to drive the content strategy, focusing on global market expansion and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels and creative assets.
  • Implementing and overseeing content marketing strategies across email, social media, video, website, ad copy, PR, brochures, and presentations.
  • Creating and managing a content plan tailored to key customer segments, ensuring timely execution and ROI.
  • Driving organic search growth through optimized content, collaborating with SEO agencies to achieve top search rankings.
  • Enhancing digital campaign content to improve conversion rates, from email copy to visually engaging social ad creative.
  • Leading the social media strategy to boost audience growth, engagement, and brand reach.
  • Coordinating the content team and external partners to align content with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with marketing goals, delivering consistent and impactful messaging across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a content management or similar role in an Ecommerce or Consumer focused business.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across various channels.
  • Strong expertise in implementing multi-channel content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create and manage content plans with a focus on ROI and timely execution.
  • Experience in driving organic search growth and collaborating with SEO agencies.
  • Proficiency in optimizing digital campaign content to improve conversion rates.
  • Demonstrated success in leading social media strategies that increase audience growth and engagement.
  • Excellent project management coordination skills for managing a content team and collaborating with external partners.
  • Excellent skills in managing upwards, and a natural team player.
