Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Lead Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects effectively.

Qualifications:
Must possess SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Lead Construction Site Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
1. Planning and coordinating all activities related to construction projects.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
3. Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any issues.
4. Managing budgetary considerations and resource allocation.
5. Ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
6. Conducting regular safety inspections and facilitating toolbox talks.
7. Keeping accurate documentation, including daily progress reports and site logs.

Required Skills:
Experience in Timber Frame Build is essential.
