About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vault Operative to join our team at Loomis UK. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a vital role in supporting our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate deliveries and collections, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Assist with the safe loading and unloading of customers' money, adhering to strict security protocols
  • Provide effective communication between branch management and road crew, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Liaise with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements, providing exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all vault and dispatch procedures, ensuring the highest standards of security and documentation
