Job Title: Engineering Technical Trainer

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a portfolio of engineering training courses to support the needs of our aircraft maintenance teams.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Training and Development Manager to identify, develop, and review training needs and technical courses.
  • Deliver training courses at our dedicated training facilities in Bradford and Manchester, as well as at other locations as required.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all aspects of training delivery, including instructional design, facilitation, and assessment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of training in an engineering aviation environment, or from a similarly regulated environment.
  • Understanding and experience in facilitation of training in EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M/Part CAMO and Part 21 Organisations or similarly regulated.
  • Excellent instructional and training delivery skills, with the ability to respond to a wide variety of different learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
