The Diocese of Ely is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the parish administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the church's activities and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the parish team, including general communications and secretarial work.
  • Producing regular e-newsletters and paper pew sheets to keep the community informed.
  • Managing the church's website and social media presence to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaising with local groups and organizations to promote church and community events.
  • Creating posters and other documents as necessary to support the church's activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
