Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front of House Manager to lead our Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Service One teams. Your leadership will enhance guest experiences, uphold our high standards, and foster a collaborative atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal staffing through effective duty management.
  • Analyse guest feedback from various platforms and implement strategic initiatives to elevate service quality and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the FOH division's budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards through regular training and rigorous evaluation of service delivery.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among all hotel departments to align objectives and enhance the guest experience.
