About the Position

Mixologist at Bottega, Birmingham Airport

Compensation: £ service charge and daily gratuities. Additionally, you will receive an extra £1.20 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6 AM, elevating your hourly wage to £13.06.

Work Schedule: shifts scheduled between 3 am and midnight

Candidates selected for this role will need to provide references covering the last 5 years and complete a Criminal Record Check in accordance with Airport Security Regulations.

Due to certain responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants must be at least 18 years old to perform specific tasks or work during certain shifts and will be responsible for handling and serving alcoholic beverages.
