- Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff at all times
- Effectively manage crowd control and queue organization
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
- Foster positive interactions with local law enforcement
- Implement and uphold venue regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid SIA Door Supervisor License is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience in security or stewarding is advantageous
- Dependability and exceptional time management skills
- Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
