Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Social Housing Projects division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of significant projects within the sector.
Project Responsibilities:
This senior management position entails overseeing the delivery of a substantial Social Housing initiative, valued at approximately £25 million. You will be responsible for directing a diverse team, including Assistant Site Managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, skilled tradespeople, and administrative support, throughout various external retrofit projects.
Candidate Profile:
We are particularly interested in individuals with a background in large-scale contracting, possessing experience in managing both high-rise and low-rise external projects. Familiarity with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards will be considered a plus.
Key Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale multi-storey or high-rise construction projects, including fire safety remediation, external wall insulation, roofing, window installations, and scaffolding.
- Expertise in overseeing multi-million-pound construction initiatives.
