About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Duty Manager at Hillbrow Health & Wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, safe, and efficient service to all our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your teams to deliver excellence in all areas of operating a busy centre.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring they meet targets and respond to changing priorities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Experience (Essential)

  • Staff supervision and leadership experience.

  • Ability to calculate figures for a wide range of applications.

Qualifications (Essential)

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

Qualifications (Desirable)

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Pool Plant Operators Qualification
  • Coaching qualification in one or more sports

Skills (Essential)

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Leadership and coaching experience
  • Excellent time management

  • Experience of recruiting, training, and developing staff
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
