About the Role
People Solutions Group is seeking experienced Van Delivery Drivers to join our client's team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Load your assigned van at the start of each shift, ensuring efficient organization and secure loading of deliveries.
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to various locations, adhering to strict timeframes and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.
- Handle customer interactions with courtesy and efficiency, providing clear communication regarding delivery details and addressing any inquiries promptly.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift, ensuring the safety and operational readiness of your assigned van.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid UK driving license with a clean or near-clean driving record (no more than 6 points for minor offenses).
- Proven experience as a Van Driver, demonstrating proficiency in multi-drop deliveries and efficient route planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interactions with customers and colleagues.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
