Fleet Education Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team of experienced educators. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require dedicated, in-person support to achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality tuition to learners in their own homes or schools, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learners' guardians/teachers to ensure their academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
- Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
- Competitive weekly remuneration through PAYE.
- Control over your workload; flexible roles that fit around your existing commitments and availability with full-time equivalent hours available.
- Ongoing training opportunities that count towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and provide insight into working with SEN learners.
- A dedicated Tuition Consultant who will work closely with you to ensure you have as much work as you are able to fulfill, matching you to opportunities that meet your preferences.
