Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to provide support to two pupils in Year 1 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at our partner Primary School in Croydon.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualised support to pupils with SEND to help them overcome behavioural challenges.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
