Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various facilities projects across our sites, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate facilities projects, including maintenance and construction initiatives, to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-based stakeholders, providing support and guidance on facilities-related matters.
  • Collaborate with site business partners and building custodians to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance facilities management processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety topics, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory or production environment.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Awareness of HSE regulations and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
