The Role:
The Radley Care Home is looking for a passionate and committed Resident Engagement Coordinator to improve residents' quality of life through an engaging lifestyle program that promotes meaningful activities within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through personalized profiles, life histories, care plans, observations, and direct conversations.
- Adapt to the needs of residents and service delivery throughout the home.
- Design and oversee a weekly activity schedule for the home, collaborating with care and support staff, including weekends and evenings.
- Ensure that plans and resources are available for staff to implement in your absence.
- Integrate all elements of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when developing programs.
- Identify individuals who may be isolated and create tailored, person-centered activities for them.
- Communicate weekly programs and updates, utilizing technology for creating schedules and promotional materials.

- A valid driver's license is required.
