Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Optima Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, including collecting quotes, maintaining customer opportunities, and reporting to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and provide quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications.
- Maintain and update customer opportunities within our CRM system.
- Report to the Sales Director and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies and adhere to established parts traceability requirements.
- Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers.
- Effective negotiation abilities and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other related software.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
