Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Culina Group team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are monitored, and that all company policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the shift team to ensure productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensure the highest possible levels of health, safety, and hygiene are upheld, and that relevant paperwork is completed and retained.
- Carry out quality and compliance checks and controls, and ensure the operational team works to the audit standard required.
- Develop all team members to maximize their contributions to the warehouse and implement succession planning.
- Monitor and control sickness absence levels, and carry out return-to-work interviews effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and control the time and attendance system, and ensure the appropriate levels of overtime and agency workers are used to efficiently and cost-effectively run the shift.
- Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control training for teams, ensuring the correct amount of health and safety representation on shift.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
- Confident at dealing with people at all levels.
- Adaptable and methodical approach to work/training/working hours.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritize workload to meet set deadlines.
