Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate pricing information, raising quotations in the correct format and adhering to instructed timelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to propose alternatives and ensure timely delivery of client requests.
  • Update and amend paperwork as necessary, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process orders on the Sage system, manage client and manufacturer acknowledgements, and obtain Salesman sign-off.
  • Coordinate deliveries, liaising with clients and nominated installation teams to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, answering phone calls, and assisting senior team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment, with a proven ability to handle hard deadlines and clear customer expectations.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
