Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Venn Group. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance.
• Negotiate and draft complex agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice to support clients' business objectives.
• Manage a caseload independently, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law.
• Proven track record of managing a caseload independently.
• Exceptional knowledge of UK corporate legislation and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
• Capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
