Job Title: Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting tender quotations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret project briefs and create pricing schedules that capture all required scope.
  • Research and obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified timeframes.
  • Liaise with the project controls team to build tender programmes and ensure adequate project preliminaries are applied.
  • Assess risk levels associated with projects and ensure adequate risk is applied to price and programme.
  • Prepare and present tender quotations internally for review and approval.
  • Assist with bids for new contracts and frameworks.
  • Support the activities of buyers and handover to the project delivery team as required.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Ability to make decisions, demonstrate accountability, and integrity.
  • Problem-solving and target-driven individual.
