Commercial Property Lawyer

About the Role

Talbots Law is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting and conducting Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages.
  • Drafting, reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation, including transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
  • Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system and working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
  • Supporting colleagues within the department and liaising with existing and new clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
  • Detail-driven, excellent communication skills and a motivated & organized team-player.
