Role: Group FP&A Analyst

QA is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Planning Analyst to join our expanding finance function based in Leeds. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the performance of the QA group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyze Group forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting data
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of all planning, including 3-year plans, annual budget processes, and regular reforecast cycles
  • Maintain and develop complex 5-year plan financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Deliver central cost centre forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting
  • Provide insightful and action-oriented analysis of central cost centre performance
Your Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an FP&A role
  • Excellent financial modelling capability
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI skills desirable
  • Ability to read and understand VBA coding desirable
  • Outcome-oriented with strong commercial acumen
  • Budget preparation and forecasting
  • Business insights and analysis
