Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management.
- Support customers with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement with customers, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
- Competitive weekly pay: £778.68 - £831.60
- £40.00 food allowance paid weekly
- Training bonus on completion of probation period
- 2 week on 2 week off rolling rota preferred
