About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PDI Vehicle Technician to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for resale, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growing company. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience, working alongside a team of experienced technicians and master technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General servicing and light mechanical repairs
  • Preparing used cars for resale, including brakes, pads, suspension, and head unit replacements
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
  • Completing final quality checks on all vehicles

  • Additional £2,000 per annum for MOT license holders

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales preparation environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
