About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Eric Wright Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas within educational premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of designated areas, including toilets and shower areas, using powered equipment as necessary.
  • Move and arrange furniture as required.
  • Assist in other establishments as needed.
  • Respond to accidents, fires, and other incidents, and complete necessary reports.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks during school holidays.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
  • Health and Safety training.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time position, working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3pm-5:30pm, term time only, with deep cleaning tasks during school holidays.
