Business Operations Trainee

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a genuine interest in understanding how administrative functions support the operations of a dynamic recruitment agency.

Role Summary:

This apprenticeship position offers a pathway into the world of Business Administration, ideal for those eager to embark on a professional journey while gaining hands-on experience. You will receive on-the-job training to develop your skills as an administrator, all while acquiring valuable insights into the industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Must meet the funding criteria for a Business Apprenticeship Level 2.
  • No prior qualifications in Administration at Level 3 or higher.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in process enhancement and development.
  • Confident and engaging personality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the utilization of various third-party NHS booking, administrative, and payment systems.
  • Input bookings, candidate documentation, rates, and timesheets into the system.
  • Address timesheet and payment inquiries from contractors, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients and the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing through third-party platforms.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource within the company, providing training and support to the sales team regarding your role.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients and the sales team.
