Job Title: Graduate Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Technical Administrator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Graduate Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Acoustics Project Manager in all aspects of project administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Documentation: Assist in generating and maintaining all project-related documentation, including project plans, timelines, and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Analysis: Perform basic acoustic calculations and assist in data analysis for noise control and soundproofing projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing project files.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases of acoustic data, project files, and client records.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with acoustic modelling software or tools is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role, ideally within an engineering or environmental consultancy, is highly desirable.
