The Project Manager will take the lead on the Demobilisation of the Children's Rights Services (CRS), providing senior operational leadership and strategic support to CRS services within the locality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent line management and supervision for project Team Leaders and/or Service Managers across CRS.
- Lead on the development of the service to provide easily accessible, non-judgemental, and confidential services, which support service users in working towards their goals.
- In collaboration with local Service(s) Managers, maintain close working relationships with local commissioning bodies and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Supported by the Cluster Manager and Regional Head of CYP Services, lead local budget setting, control and review, ensuring the delivery of cost-efficient services.
- Develop and maintain a network of excellent support for CRS teams locally.
- Through values-based leadership, ensure CRS services are safe, effective, caring and responsive.
- Considerable experience in managerial roles within health and social care services, combined with a deep commitment to delivering top-tier services, fostering an ambitious and focused culture that believes in positive behavior change for all.
- Considerable experience of leading young people's services in the social care field.
- A proven understanding of performance management frameworks, effective governance, and quality assurance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of available recovery pathways across various treatment and recovery systems, spanning community, residential, and prison settings.
- Skillful in project management and leading service operations.
- Proven history of supervising staff and conducting performance appraisals, nurturing growth and development.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that client data is recorded accurately and producing reports in a timely manner.
