**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Hairdressing Tutor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Hairdressing Tutor, you will be responsible for imparting your knowledge and skills to learners, supporting them in achieving qualifications that will open up better opportunities upon their release.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality hairdressing training to learners
• Assess and provide feedback to learners on their progress
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of learners
• Contribute to the development of the hairdressing curriculum
• Work collaboratively with other tutors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the program

**Requirements:**

• A Level 3 qualification or higher in Hairdressing
• GCSEs in Mathematics and English
• An Assessor's qualification (though not essential, as there is the opportunity to earn this qualification while on the job)
• Willingness to undergo a full background check
